It reminds me of Vietnamese pho and a savory chicken noodle soup.  Modification: Use cut chicken breasts instead of ground turkey and throw in any veggies you may have in the fridge! Though this soup is not terribly spicy, add Sriracha according to your taste preference. Enjoy!😊
