Safeway Gas Points and Giftcards
I don't know if you have shopped at your local Safeway lately, but if not you are missing out. Safeway has saved me in many ways from low grocery prices to having a great selection of gift cards for those last minute gift. My son was attending a birthday party, and I was able to get my groceries and pick up a iTunes gift card, and still make it in time for the party.
Purchasing gift cards at Safeway could turn into gas points for you. I don't know about you but I could sure use savings on my gas bill.
One example is : Turn that $50 gift card from Apple bees into 200 Gas points and you can save 20 cents per gallon the next time you fill up!
On my last trip to Safeway I paid $2.58 for gas. Can you say I was more then excited. Below I have posted how the gas points work:
How do Reward Points* save money at the pump?
Every 100 points gets you a 10¢ per gallon Reward for a single fill-up at a
Safeway gas station. You can use your points in increments of 100:
• 100 points = 10¢ per gallon Reward
• 200 points = 20¢ per gallon Reward
• 500 points = 50¢ per gallon Reward
• 1000 points = $1 per gallon Reward
You can track your reward points on your receipt. At check out the cashier will also tell you the total of your reward points.
