Simple Review: Jolly Time Popcorn and popcorn baller.

Image
There is nothing like sitting down to watch a movie with a big bowl of popcorn. That is a must have during a movie. But sometimes it's so much butter and salt that you can feel your arteries clogging. Well Jolly Time has come up with a popcorn that gives you all that popcorn should be and that is still good for you. I tried the Jolly Time's Smart Balance with light butter mini bag. It was good, I didn't know what to expect when it said light butter. I usually get the movie theater style popcorn. But I was very impressed and will definitely be popping more popcorn. Me and my son cooked some popcorn on the stove and it was a wonderful experience. Our goal was to make caramel popcorn balls. First we got out our big pan, used three tablespoons of oil, and covered the bottom of the pan with popcorn kernels. Cover with a lid making sure there  is a way for steam to escape, once the kernels start popping. More you pan around until all the popcorn is popped.

Interview with Joan Ranquet of Communication with All Life (Meditation Cd and Guide Book)

Image
Although  Communication with All Life  is about animal communication, it isn’t just a how-to book, but a guide that will help you discern how much you’re already exchanging feelings, words, and pictures with your pet. Woven throughout the book are many stories to illustrate and support the theory that animal communication isn’t something that you do or need to learn . . . it just is. By tuning in telepathically, Joan Ranquet has helped thousands of people and animals deepen their connections with each other, resolve behavioral problems, assist in the process of death and dying, and examine issues surrounding illness and accidents. Many of the situations that are dealt with throughout the book are actually people—perception problems rather than stories of an ill-behaved dog, cat, horse, bird, or other pet. Communication with All Life  illustrates how to move past the emotional patterns that create unwanted behavior and ultimately demonstrates that animal companions give hu

Book Spotlight: Summerset Abbey by T.J. Brown

Image
SUMMERSET ABBEY by T. J. Brown BLURB: Reminiscent of Downton Abbey, this first novel in a new series follows two sisters and their maid as they are suddenly separated by the rigid class divisions within a sprawling aristocratic estate and thrust into an uncertain world on the brink of WWI... Rowena and Victoria, daughters to the second son of the Earl of Summerset, have always treated their governess’s daughter, Prudence, like a sister. But when their father dies and they move in with their uncle’s family in a much more traditional household, Prudence is relegated to the maids’ quarters, much to the girls’ shock and dismay. The impending war offers each girl hope for a more modern future, but the ever-present specter of class expectations makes it difficult for Prudence to maintain a foot in both worlds. Vividly evoking both time and place and filled with authentic dialogue and richly detailed atmosphere, Summerset Abbey is a charming and timeless historical debu

I can’t narrow it down to one. I love Tolkien, Mark Twain, Dickens and Phillipa Gregory, to name a few. 3. What is the name of the last book you read? Black Adagio, by Wendy Potocki. 4. Tell us about yourself in 3 words? I tell stories. 5. What is your favorite activity? Writing‒and reading. 6. If your book could be made into a movie? Please Help Support Leukemia & Lymphoma.

There are many great causes out there but when I read about Dana's story I wanted to help support. I realize that I wanted to help. I know October is typically associated with breast cancer but I'm here to share awareness about another type of cancer. Blood cancers like leukemia and lymphoma. Dana contacted me to share her story. Dana's story: I lost one of my best friends to leukemia when he was 24. Until then, I thought leukemia was just a childhood cancer. I didn't even realize how many people got it in their 20s and 30s. I was inspired to fundraise in memory of my friend so that hopefully one day everyone will be a survivor. The more I've learned about blood cancers, the more inspired I became to do something.   The statistics are staggering: -Approximately every 4 minutes one person in the United States is diagnosed with a blood cancer. Approximately every 10 minutes, someone in the US dies from a blood cancer. This statistic represents nearly 15
