My favorite memory is my grandma and I dressing up like Indians to celebrate heritage day. My grandma brought some of the pipes that native Americans use to use and some other things. We done dances. Beads all on our costumes which my grandmother hand made using leather. We even had paint on our faces. The local paper also came and took a photo of us it made the front page I was tickled. :-)
