Spicy Asian Soup

Betty Crocker isn't just cakes and other sweets. Check out this recipe for Spicy Asian Soup. My teenager loves it so much, she requests it by name almost every week! It reminds me of Vietnamese pho and a savory chicken noodle soup. 


Modification: Use cut chicken breasts instead of ground turkey and throw in any veggies you may have in the fridge! Though this soup is not terribly spicy, add Sriracha according to your taste preference. Enjoy!😊

Hello Keisha, thank you for having me today as your guest. 1.      What made you want to be a writer? I do love reading. Always did.  I spent many years in and out of hospital and really it was all I could do for a long time.  And  of course I fell in love with romance novels  –  the usual Barbara Cartland stuff.  Then about 12 years ago when we got our first PC I met a lady on line who was a writer, and  she encouraged me…so I did, and I haven ’ t stopped writing since! 2.      Who is your favorite author?
