10 Healthy Tips!!!!!

I have 10 tips that will help you stay healthy all year.  Summer time everyone is looking to lose a few pounds. If you try some of the tips listed below you can be maintain a healthy lifestyle all year long. 





  • Portion control
  • Eat smaller meals throughout the day
  • Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables
  • Limit sugar and sweets
  • Check your food labels
  • Make diet changes slowly
  • Eat a balanced meal
  • Figure out your daily calorie intake,  and stick too it.
  • Exercise
  • Take care of you mind in addition to your body



Some things you can do to have a healthy mind is meditate, listening to music, drinking a cup if tea and take in scenes of nature. Whatever you enjoy doing, doing it often will reduce your stress factor.
