TAKE care of SELF
As mothers we often forget that we have to make sure we are taking care to be at our best to take care of others. We get so wrapped up in daily life that we do not take any time for ourselves. Sometimes we make excuses or feel guilty about doing things for self. But we need to remember to take a few minutes out of our day to please self.

It does not have to be over the top. It could be stopping on the way home to get $1.00 ice cream cone from McDonald's, or picking up your favorite book, or taking the extra 10 minutes in the bathroom to read it (Do not act like you have never done it lol).

Taking time for self is necessary to maintain mental and physical health.
