Need something to tame your sweet tooth? This recipe for Snickers Caramel Apple Salad from Chef in Training might do the job! 


I haven't made this in a long time, but it's a yummy sweet treat. I may to need get the ingredients to make it this weekend. Experiment with other varieties of apples than Granny Smith. I'm thinking Pink Lady or Gala. Enjoy! 😊

Hello Keisha, thank you for having me today as your guest. 1.      What made you want to be a writer? I do love reading. Always did.  I spent many years in and out of hospital and really it was all I could do for a long time.  And  of course I fell in love with romance novels  –  the usual Barbara Cartland stuff.  Then about 12 years ago when we got our first PC I met a lady on line who was a writer, and  she encouraged me…so I did, and I haven ’ t stopped writing since! 2.      Who is your favorite author?
